As a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer, you own key chip subsystems and shape architecture for high-performance analog circuits. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and drive innovative solutions, while mentoring junior engineers. The role sits at the intersection of design leadership and hands-on CMOS/BiCMOS analog development. Responsibilities
- Own critical analog chip subsystems and drive architectural decisions
- Lead circuit design and implement high-performance solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, applications, and test engineering
- Mentor and advise junior engineers
- Ensure design and fabrication readiness with Cadence and Calibre workflows
- Aim for greater performance and energy efficiency in high-speed designs
Key requirements
- BSc / MSc / PhD in Electronics Engineering or similar
- Extensive experience in analog IC design with CMOS/BiCMOS practices
- Expertise in high-speed multi-gigabit design
- Proficiency with Cadence tools and Calibre
- RF analog design experience (10 GHz+)
