As Senior Health and Safety Manager you will lead H&S on a major London infrastructure project, shaping safety culture and performance. Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to ensure clear, accurate health and safety communications
• Monitor the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
• Engage and coach contractors to foster a positive safety culture
• Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions to drive improvements

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction or infrastructure
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent (diploma level qualification ideal)
• Pragmatic approach to safety and strong stakeholder communication
