In this Programme/Project Manager role, you will oversee the integrity and coherence of the project programme within a technology-driven, modular construction environment. You will work closely with site, design, commercial, and supplier teams to plan, manage, and control the construction programme. The role blends programme governance with commercial and logistical duties in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

• Ensure the programme’s integrity and coherence across the project
• Develop and maintain the programme environment to support the project team
• Plan, manage and control construction programmes
• Coordinate with site teams, design teams, commercial teams and suppliers
• Handle commercial, logistical and contract management duties
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage governance around the programme

• Proven experience in planning and controlling construction programmes
• Versatility with cross-functional coordination in construction projects
• Experience with off-site manufactured modular construction environments
