Senior Product Manager – Payments

Overview

In this contract-based role, you will shape the growth of a B2B payments product for a fintech. You will work to expand the offering globally, including payroll-related payments, by partnering with banks and payment rails. The role requires deep understanding of compliant, business-to-business payments and cross-border capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payment solutions in a regulated environment. This position offers remote work for candidates based in the UK or Europe and focuses on impactful, global-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the B2B payments offering
• Lead integration with banks and payment rails to enable payments execution
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in a global, B2B context
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, sales) to deliver scalable payment solutions
• Support global expansion initiatives and partner with external stakeholders to enable new markets

Key requirements

• Experience with connecting banks and payment rails
• Strong understanding of how B2B payments work, especially in a regulated/payments context
• Proven track record as a Product Manager in fintech or payments
• Ability to operate in a remote, fast-paced contract environment
• Knowledge of payroll payments or related B2B payment use cases (preferred)
