Overview
In this Group CFO role, you will shape Satispay’s international financial roadmap from Milan, steering strategy, capital allocation, and consolidated finance. You’ll lead a best-in-class group finance function (FP&A, Financial Control, Group Reporting, Investor Relations, and Finance Business Partnering) across entities, including Luxembourg-regulated activities. You’ll partner with the CEO to drive growth, capital markets readiness, and value creation. The position sits in a fast-growing fintech with an ownership culture and deep strategic focus.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy and capital allocation
- Lead corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, M&A, and investor relations
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory reporting, and governance across all entities
- Direct FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
- Oversee Luxembourg banking subsidiary governance, reporting, treasury, and financial control
Key requirements
- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership
- Minimum 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environment
- Experience with equity fundraising, debt structuring, and IPO/capital markets transitions
- Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA desirable
- Full professional English; Italian is a plus
