In this Cost Manager role you help drive project profitability within Turner & Townsend’s energy sector portfolio. You will monitor costs, forecast budgets, and manage changes to keep projects aligned with objectives. You’ll collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering, while ensuring governance and best practices. Responsibilities
- Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, and value engineering
- Manage contract changes effectively to maintain governance and best practice
- Improve forecast accuracy and budgeting processes
Key requirements
- Experience in renewables sector (hydrogen, carbon capture)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Knowledge of NEC 3 / 4
