In this full-time, permanent role you will lead a residential conveyancing team within a well-established legal practice. You will manage a reduced caseload from instruction to post-completion while ensuring high-quality, compliant work. You will coach and develop junior team members and drive performance toward service standards. You will partner with cross-functional colleagues to maintain excellent client care and support the firm’s conveyancing objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of residential conveyancers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage a caseload from instruction through post-completion
- Oversee quality and accuracy of conveyancing work in line with legal standards
- Mentor and develop junior team members through supervision and coaching
- Monitor team performance and help achieve departmental targets and service standards
- Promote best practices and ensure excellent client care throughout all stages of conveyancing
Key requirements
- 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (including freehold and leasehold)
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a legal environment
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
