Overview
As a Clinical Pharmacist in the Mid Ross Pharmacy Team you will develop and deliver the pharmacotherapy service across GP surgeries. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care via phone or face-to-face consultations, with travel to multiple locations. You will be supported to pursue the General Practice Clinical Pharmacist Framework and, if eligible, Independent Prescriber training, supported by a dedicated supervisor and protected learning time. This role offers a clear pathway to advance in primary care with collaborative, development-focused support.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver pharmacotherapy services in General Practice across GP surgeries
- Provide high-quality patient care through telephone and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with patients and other healthcare professionals as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Work towards completing the General Practice Clinical Pharmacist Framework; Independent Prescriber training may be pursued
- Receive support from a dedicated educational supervisor and protected learning time
- Travel to multiple locations for service delivery
