Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
• Oversee new build and shared ownership transactions
• Coordinate residential conveyancing from instruction through completion

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing caseload
