Influential Oracle Construction Sales and Implementation Manager (UK)

Overview

In this role you will enhance how complex construction projects are run by deploying Oracle Construction Systems, aligning planning and controls with client needs. You will lead implementations, support sales with compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes. The position sits in a fast-growing IPCS team and offers opportunities to grow into leadership and business development. Responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan and drive configuration and adoption to achieve outcomes
• Design and configure scalable Oracle-based solutions using planning and project controls expertise
• Engage stakeholders to ensure new processes/tools are embraced and simplify users’ lives
• Identify leads, support pre-sales, and demonstrate software value to clients
• Develop team capabilities and educate clients to improve practices

Key requirements

• Must-Have: Experience in sales and implementation of Oracle Systems in the construction industry
• Must-Have: Proficient written and spoken English; clear communication; ability to motivate and lead meetings
• Must-Have: Proactive leadership; ownership mindset; ability to drive tasks and keep teams on track
• Must-Have: Proven impact beyond basic delivery on projects/organizations
• Nice to Have: Planning in Primavera P6, Analytics in Power BI, Cost Management, Project Management
