Finance Manager

Overview

As Finance Manager you will lead day-to-day financial operations across a multi-site business, providing commercial financial insight to Senior Management. You will manage a small accounts team and partner with cross-functional colleagues to support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end accounting. The role sits in a fast-paced, collaborative finance team, driving controls and financial processes. This is an office-based position with a focus on shaping financial decisions and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Line manage 2-3 accounts staff and develop their skills
• Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Support year-end statutory accounting requirements
• Provide financial insight and advice to operational teams and Senior Management
• Develop and improve financial controls, policies and procedures

• Experienced Finance Manager with strong commercial acumen
