Overview

In this role you will own and grow a Cash & Carry wholesale portfolio within Kraft Heinz’s Away From Home ecosystem. You’ll lead strategic engagement with major wholesalers, build data-driven plans, and drive profitable growth. You work cross-functionally to close listings, launch innovations, and optimize distribution. This is a visible, impact-driven role in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team aligned to a long-term growth plan.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Cash & Carry/wholesale accounts including national players and regional growth,
  • Regular customer visits, trade shows, and commercial meetings to nurture relationships and opportunities
  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) based on data and KPIs
  • Deliver the commercial plan to drive P&L growth of $24M+ and execute negotiations under pressure
  • Close core listing gaps, launch innovations, and drive wholesaler engagement across events and digital channels
  • Forecasting and performance management through deep data analysis; identify risks and opportunities
  • Maintain day-to-day account management as Kraft Heinz’s main business contact with internal stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong CRM and customer relationship management skills; ability to sell commercial propositions and negotiate
  • Proven problem-solving capability with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Wholesale selling or buying experience desirable
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across sales, marketing and agency partners
  • Strategic and creative thinking in marketing and sales strategy
  • Strong project management and ability to manage multiple deliverables
