• Manage a wide spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes, including international cross-border litigation and arbitration
• Advise clients across sectors on IP, shareholder disputes, data/confidentiality, and professional negligence
• lead or contribute to high-stakes litigation campaigns and strategy
• collaborate with partners to expand the firm’s top-tier litigation offering
• support business development and client relationship management within the team
• mentor junior solicitors and contribute to career development within the practice

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in Commercial Litigation
• trained at a leading city, national, or regional firm
• ability to work on any type of commercial dispute
• solicitor qualification in relevant jurisdiction
• experience with cross-border and international disputes (advantage)
