Overview

In this role you will design and deliver data centre and large-scale industrial buildings for a top UK architectural practice. You will collaborate with a director-led team to shape projects across Newark, London or Manchester and work on-site as needed. You will apply strong Revit skills and UK construction experience to high-profile schemes, contributing to technical excellence and project delivery. The role offers mentoring, CPD, and clear career progression within a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data centre and industrial/commercial buildings
• Coordinate on-site activities across multiple stages of construction
• Collaborate with senior leadership on project delivery and mentoring
• Contribute to the technical development and BIM workflows (Revit)
• Support cross-functional teams to meet project milestones

Key requirements

• Qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA Part III)
• Strong Revit skills
• Proven UK construction experience across multiple work stages
• Experience with data centre or large-scale industrial/commercial building design
• Ability to work on-site in Newark or London (Manchester also considered)
