Classroom Support (Multiple Roles)

Overview

You will support pupils in primary schools across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas, focusing on helping children feel supported and ready to learn. The role emphasizes building positive relationships, boosting confidence and engagement, and assisting teachers with lesson delivery. It offers flexible opportunities for different career goals and provides pathways into education and SEND support. You will work with cross-school teams to create inclusive, safe learning environments that nurture wellbeing and positive behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group classroom support
• Build positive relationships to help children thrive
• Encourage confidence, resilience and engagement in learning
• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Help pupils manage emotions and develop positive learning behaviours
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment
