Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team with architectural guidance
• Lead technology assessment and design decisions for new products/features
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure with scalable data capabilities
• Collaborate with product, design, quality, and manufacturing for successful launches
• Lead AI integration: identify use cases and translate goals into actionable tasks
• Prototype and test solutions, establish performance benchmarks
• Resolve complex technical issues during development and production
• Hands-on work in Cloud Data Engineering, Analytics and ML

Key requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, analytics or related roles
• Strong Snowflake architecture and AWS services expertise
• Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams
• Proficiency in Python and enterprise data warehouse design
• Proven ETL pipeline development with SQL, Python and dbt
• Experience with AI development tools and AI agent frameworks
• CI/CD pipeline design across AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality controls
• Strong communication for partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration
