Consulting Manager, Professional Services – Transformation

Overview

In this Consulting Manager role, you will elevate Orgvue’s transformation delivery capability across a global Professional Services organization. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, shaping large-scale, advisory-led transformation programmes. You’ll partner with Sales, Solutions, and regional leaders to raise delivery standards and embed reusable best practices. You’ll work at executive levels with clients, while developing people and methods to sustain growth and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of transformation delivery best practices across Professional Services to drive consistent, high-quality client outcomes
• Serve as trusted advisor and quality reviewer for complex, high-risk programmes
• Ensure engagements deliver measurable business outcomes beyond platform success
• Lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) to embed learnings across regions
• Promote scalable, repeatable approaches across transformation areas (cost reduction, org design, workforce restructuring, M&A)
• Enable global Professional Services teams to deliver large-scale transformation with confidence
• Drive development and adoption of methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks
• Build and nurture a global community of transformation practitioners and SMEs
• Coach and mentor consultants, managers, and project leaders to deepen capability
• Identify and develop emerging transformation talent through mentoring and project exposure
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to bring transformation credibility into sales cycles
• Act as Orgvue’s transformation SME in client conversations
• Contribute to advisory-led offerings, services catalogue, and commercial standards
• Contribute to growth through new logos, upsell, expansion, and advisory bookings
• Collaborate with Marketing to turn success stories into case studies and go-to-market content
• Work with Solutions and Product teams to align transformation insights with solution design and roadmap priorities
• Provide transformation input to ensure solutions address real-world challenges
• Strengthen linkage between business challenges, consulting approach, and platform capability

Key requirements

• 8+ years of consulting, transformation, or professional services experience with exposure to organisation and workforce transformation programmes
• Proven experience leading organisational transformation programmes (organisation design, workforce planning, restructuring, operating model design, cost transformation, M&A integration)
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders including Director and C-suite audiences
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop consulting capability within teams
• Strong commercial awareness including supporting sales cycles, advisory engagements, proposal development, and client growth initiatives
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on advisory and delivery involvement
• Experience in global, matrixed environments
• Up to 20% travel
