Overview
In this role you will provide legal advice and support as part of AGCO’s EME Legal team, handling a spectrum of matters under supervision, including drafting and reviewing agreements and coordinating with external counsel when needed. You’ll research, advise, and manage contract-related queries, while using contract management systems to keep documentation accurate. The position emphasizes adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and processes, with a hybrid work setup anchored at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. You’ll collaborate across the business to help resolve legal issues and support governance activities, contributing to AGCO’s sustainable agriculture mission.

Responsibilities
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements and maintain accurate legal documentation
- Manage own matters under supervision and liaise with external counsel for contentious issues
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports/advice ensuring high accuracy
- Handle contract management and respond to legal queries using contract management systems
- Assist with legal advisory, litigation matters, and company secretarial activities while supporting team initiatives
Key requirements
- 12-18 months of experience in a legal team as a qualified junior lawyer
- Degree level qualification in Law, General Diploma in Law (GDL) or CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice; LPC
