Head of Delivery/ Implementation – Agentic TMS

Overview

In this role you will build and lead the end-to-end freight forwarding implementation function from the ground up, owning deployment strategy, data migrations, and go-live success. You will work closely with Sales to shape credible deployment plans and drive adoption for a scalable delivery team. This position offers direct access to leadership, a chance to influence product and delivery at a scaling, pre-Series A company. Responsibilities

• Build the entire implementation function from scratch
• Own CARR ARR conversion and go-live performance
• Lead TMS implementations, data migration, integrations and UAT
• Partner with Sales to win deals through credible deployment strategies
• Drive customer adoption and build a scalable delivery team

Key requirements

• Freight forwarding experience – absolutely essential
• Proven TMS/FMS implementation experience
• Experience with platforms such as CargoWise, Magaya, Descartes, Riege or similar
• Strong understanding of freight operations, integrations, EDI/API and data migration
• Someone who has built processes from zero and wants genuine ownership
