Overview
As Quality Manager, you partner with the Head of Quality to embed proactive, site-driven quality across Central London projects. You’ll inspect live sites, guide project teams, and shape quality processes from design through handover. This role combines office oversight with on-site delivery, emphasizing continuous improvement and a culture where quality is a shared responsibility. You’ll work on flagship commercial and residential schemes, making a measurable impact on standards and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Quality in day-to-day quality function operations
- Visit live Central London projects for inspections and quality reviews
- Collaborate with Site Managers and Project Teams to raise quality standards
- Provide practical guidance on quality issues on site
- Develop and refine quality processes and procedures
- Ensure inspections and quality records are completed accurately
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility
Key requirements
- Experience as Quality Manager, Quality Advisor, Clerk of Works or Site Management within a main contractor
- Strong understanding of construction quality processes and finishing standards
- Experience on commercial and/or residential projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across levels
