Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Global Lead

Overview

In this role you will lead Citi’s NFRR transformation, building a scalable, AI-enabled Regulatory Intelligence Platform. You will own the North Star vision and drive end-to-end TOM delivery across global regulatory reporting, data quality, and governance. You’ll steer a senior, global team and partner with Technology and business leaders to embed data-centric controls and risk management. This is an opportunity to turn regulatory reporting into a strategic, value-adding function that supports informed decision-making and regulatory confidence. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and risk to shape Citi’s regulatory posture and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for the NFRR function with a scalable, data-centric platform across Citi’s businesses.
• Provide global leadership, mentorship, and career development for a senior professional team.
• Develop functional strategies that influence the business and extend beyond internal operations.
• Own the NFRR Transformation and drive the AI-enabled platform, standardizing data and automating quality management.
• Deliver the Target Operating Model unifying processes, platforms, and people while driving cost efficiencies.
• Lead data-driven process re-engineering and establish a reusable data governance framework to reduce operational risk.

Key requirements

• 15+ years of senior experience in Regulatory Reporting, large-scale data transformation, or financial services operations.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory reporting systems, cycles, and practices.
• Proven track record managing multiple teams of senior professionals.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise TOMs for data-centric regulatory functions.
• Strong knowledge of applying AI/ML to solve operational challenges at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence executives.
