Agile Delivery Senior Manager

Overview

In this role, you drive end-to-end delivery for complex initiatives within BCG’s internal Digital Product Organization. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product increments aligned to roadmaps. You’ll apply pragmatic agile practices to enable delivery, manage risks, and lead continuous improvement. This position sits at the Agile Center of Excellence, shaping enterprise-scale digital delivery and transformation across internal business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning to production and stabilization
• Ensure predictable, timely, high-quality delivery aligned with priorities and roadmaps
• Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across squads and stakeholders
• Plan delivery milestones, sequencing, and execution tracking
• Ensure production readiness and post-release follow-up
• Apply agile practices to support delivery outcomes with Product Owners and technical leads
• Support teams using agile ceremonies to improve predictability and flow
• Plan and manage release execution including readiness and coordination with support teams
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers; escalate when needed
• Track delivery metrics, create dashboards and report to senior stakeholders
• Enable cross-functional teams to align delivery with business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working

Key requirements

• 13–15+ years in delivery management roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, PM/Program Manager, RTE)
• 10+ years leading complex technology or digital delivery initiatives
• Agile coaching experience plus 2–3 years of project/program management
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale digital programs from planning to stabilization
• Strong understanding of agile delivery models and pragmatic application
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools
• Experience with OKRs; exposure to AI/GenAI portfolios is a plus
• Deep knowledge of software delivery lifecycle including release management and production readiness
• Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations in large, matrixed organizations
• Experience in professional services or client-facing environments preferred
• Certifications: Agile Delivery Management (preferred), SAFe RTE/SAFe Scrum Master/SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (preferred), PMP (preferred); Scrum certs valued
