Product Manager – Senior Associate – Energy & Commodities

Overview

In this role you will own the Endur product strategy and roadmap for energy and commodities trading solutions. You will partner with business, technology, and end users to ensure Endur implementations deliver measurable business value. You’ll drive the full lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, adapting to market trends and regulatory shifts. Responsibilities

• Define and own the Endur product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and technology teams to design high-impact Endur solutions
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product features
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch to optimization
• Monitor market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance the Endur offering
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of Endur enhancements and new features
• Conduct user testing, feedback sessions, and data analysis to measure success
• Provide training and support to maximize Endur adoption

Key requirements

• 5+ years in product management with focus on Endur or other ETRM platforms
• Strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and trading lifecycle
• Proven track record delivering complex software solutions with Endur experience
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and writing user stories
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
