Overview

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by building strong relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a high‑quality client experience. You will monitor account plans, service reviews, and CRM records to ensure targets for revenue, retention, and growth are met. You will work closely with Service Delivery and Pre‑Sales to devise suitable IT solutions and maintain accurate client data. This is a people‑driven role within a Microsoft‑partner environment, offering hybrid working and a clear path to impact across the client portfolio.

Pay / Benefits

  • commission scheme (OTE up to 80,000)
  • salary 30,000–35,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain understanding of the Advania portfolio, sales processes, and internal teams.
  • Manage an assigned client portfolio and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Review accounts regularly and update plans covering objectives, risks, and development opportunities.
  • Conduct service reviews, document actions, and ensure follow‑through.
  • Proactively address client enquiries and coordinate with Service Delivery to resolve issues.
  • Maintain complete client information and meeting activity in the CRM system.
  • Track progress toward revenue, gross profit, retention, and growth targets; maintain a credible renewal/up-sell pipeline.

Key requirements

  • Experience in managing SME client portfolios with a consultative approach to build long‑term relationships.
  • Proven ability in client retention, renewals, and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Skilled in leading service review meetings and ensuring follow‑through across internal teams.
  • Understanding of revenue, gross profit, account profitability, service usage, and contracted consumption.
  • Experienced in CRM management, sales forecasting, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Ability to collaborate with Pre‑Sales and specialist teams to devise suitable solutions.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills; able to manage changing priorities.
  • Commitment to learning about managed IT, cybersecurity, AI, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
