Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with a portfolio of Fortune 1000 WalkMe customers to maximize value from the platform. You’ll stay close to product capabilities and roadmaps to guide adoption and success metrics. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer, orchestrating executive reviews and strategic planning to drive renewals and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, technical curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration to scale digital adoption.

Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to a portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers to maximize value and retention
- Plan and run Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and drive adoption and renewals
- Maintain knowledge of product roadmap to guide customers toward success and promote Adoption Score
- Educate customers on relevant features aligned to their requirements
- Understand customer industry trends and use cases to inform guidance and best practices
- Build strategic relationships with decision makers and champions to manage risk and goals
- Develop Success Plans with internal teams outlining how WalkMe addresses needs and measures success
- Monitor health signals to preempt risks and identify remediation options
- Collaborate with Renewal Managers, Account Executives, Services, and TAMs to secure renewals and expansions
Key requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales with Fortune 1000 executives
- Experience managing quarterly retention and growth quotas
- Managed enterprise accounts with 4000+ employees
- Proven ability to increase satisfaction, adoption, and retention in a technical product
- Strong sales discovery skills and ROI discussion experience in an enterprise context
- Fluency in English and French
