Care Technology Delivery and Innovation Specialist

Overview

In this role you drive innovative care technology solutions within PA’s Argenti partnership to enhance lives in social care. You will collaborate with health and care professionals and care providers to deploy specialist CT equipment in complex cases. You shape proof-of-concept projects and test new CT solutions, contributing to transformation across care services. You work across sites and on-site client work, bringing technology expertise to improve independence and safety for service users. Responsibilities

• Conduct specialist CT installations for complex cases (including supported living and virtual care)
• Engage with care providers to promote technology adoption
• Collaborate with health and care professionals to identify solutions in complex cases
• Upskill colleagues and Argenti partners on installing specialist CT equipment
• Drive innovation by testing/evaluating new CT solutions with suppliers
• Support CT transformation by designing, delivering, and evaluating proofs of concept

Key requirements

• Expertise and interest in technology and innovation, preferably in care technology
• Passion for adult social care and improving lives
• Understanding of social care users and care technology outcomes
• Strong grasp of health and care sector, safeguarding, personalization, and vulnerable populations
• Ability to work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel across Argenti sites for installations/training
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
