Overview

As Real Estate Finance Associate, you will handle a broad portfolio of real estate finance matters for lenders and borrowers in a fast-paced regional firm. You fit into a collaborative Real Estate and Commercial team, shaping deals from development finance to refinancing and property transactions. You’ll develop technical expertise, share knowledge across colleagues, and pursue cross-referrals and business development to support growth. This is a values-driven role that combines client advisory with hands-on deal work in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full breadth of real estate finance matters for lenders and borrowers
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge in real estate finance
• Collaborate across the team to share expertise
• Identify cross-referral opportunities across the business

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE
• Experience or exposure to real estate finance (or broader commercial property with REF elements)
• Strong drafting skills
• Confidence managing files with limited supervision
• Excellent client relationship skills and collaboration
