Responsibilities
- Manage a varied family law caseload, including financial disputes, children matters, and international issues
- Advocate in family court and engage in public speaking engagements
- Handle cases involving assets, farming interests, trusts, and pensions
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-performing team culture
- Support business development and relationship-building with referrers
Key requirements
- NQ to 7 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical knowledge of family law and procedure
- Confidence advising clients face-to-face and remotely
- Experience in advocacy or public speaking
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with empathy
- Ambition and enthusiasm for building a market-leading practice
