Overview
As an Investment Manager at KFIM, you will support managed commercial portfolios across UK markets, focusing on delivering income and capital growth through active asset management. You will work with Senior Managers to implement investment strategies, assess opportunities, and monitor performance to meet client objectives. The role blends rigorous analysis with cross-team collaboration to drive value for institutional and private investors. Responsibilities
- Manage a range of commercial property assets to meet investment objectives
- Create and execute asset plans to drive portfolio performance
- Utilise financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate risk, return and strategic options
- Prepare investment papers, quarterly reports and client presentations translating data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with senior leadership, internal specialists and Knight Frank teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency and professional service providers
- Support investment transactions and source opportunities aligned to portfolio strategies
- Engage with Head of ESG to advance sustainability initiatives
- Oversee third-party service providers to ensure excellence in portfolio management
Key requirements
- 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- RICS qualification and a relevant degree
- Experience in investment strategy and asset management, ideally UK commercial property
- Experience in, or willingness to develop in, a client-facing role
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships
- Critical-thinking mindset and strong attention to detail
