Overview

In this permanent Senior Project Manager role, you drive the development and delivery of new products from concept to first customer deliveries. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across locations to ensure a seamless, stage-gate development process and on-time launches. You’ll model project excellence, push continuous improvement, and mentor others to raise PM maturity. Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of new product development projects from planning through launch
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across business units and locations
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop robust project plans with realistic estimates and schedule tracking
  • Manage project and product costs with strong financial governance
  • Run project meetings with clear action ownership and visibility of status
  • Guide teams to align with business objectives across the lifecycle
  • Support and mentor less experienced project managers to grow capabilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations to ensure successful launches and transitions to manufacturing and shipping
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, tools, and processes

Key requirements

  • Proven track record delivering high-tech or engineering-focused product development projects
  • Experience leading complex, multi-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of stage-gate development processes
  • Experience with project management tools, issue tracking systems, and project reporting methodologies
  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and service functions
  • Ability to work flexibly across product lines, business units, and geographies
  • Demonstrated success managing remote/global teams and maintaining momentum
