Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property disputes (landlord and tenant, lease renewals, dilapidations, possession, contractual disputes)
• Handle development and boundary disputes and agricultural tenancy issues
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Support strategic growth of the property litigation offering
• Strengthen relationships with clients, agents and referrers
• Collaborate with wider sector teams

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience supervising or leading a team (desirable)
• Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
• Motivation to grow and develop the firm’s property litigation offering
