Overview
In this role you lead Risk & Compliance within Flexera’s IT Visibility domain, shaping capabilities that turn technology intelligence into practical risk management and governance outcomes. You’ll guide the vision and roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and customer teams, and drive AI-powered compliance workflows to improve audit readiness and regulatory alignment. The position offers impact across governance, lifecycle management, and resilience in a fast-growing, data-driven software company.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk and compliance within IT Visibility
- Own the evolution of Compliance Intelligence to help identify risk, improve governance, demonstrate compliance, and maintain audit readiness
- Define capabilities leveraging technology inventory, lifecycle intelligence, vulnerability insights, and business context for meaningful customer outcomes
- Drive investment decisions across technology risk management, lifecycle governance, compliance reporting, operational resilience, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and market opportunities
- Lead product discovery to validate customer problems, identify opportunities, and prioritise investments with measurable business value
- Work with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to bring solutions to market
- Develop business cases, product requirements, user stories, and prioritisation frameworks aligned with company strategy
- Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes through data-driven product management and customer engagement
- Establish and monitor success metrics to guide product performance and roadmap decisions
- Champion AI-powered innovation across risk and compliance workflows (recommendations, insights, automation, decision support)
- Represent the product area in customer engagements, executive reviews, analyst discussions, conferences, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies that influence strategy
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven success in defining strategy and delivering customer outcomes
- Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience partnering with engineering and design to deliver complex products
