Corporate International Tax Senior Manager

Overview

In this London-based role, you lead international corporate tax advisory for a diverse client portfolio, from high-growth firms to multinationals. You’ll shape cross-border tax strategies, oversee complex planning, and drive high-impact outcomes with global colleagues. This is a front-and-center leadership position focused on delivering value beyond compliance. You help steer reorganisations, M&A, and international structuring while building trusted client relationships and guiding a tax team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of clients with international tax needs
• Manage and mentor a tax team, guiding complex advisory and compliance work
• Review and oversee complex corporation tax returns and compliance delivery
• Identify planning opportunities and provide strategic tax advice
• Engage with global colleagues and act as a trusted client advisor
• Lead meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions with clients and stakeholders
