Responsibilities
- Understand client goals and priorities and partner with functional teams to formulate solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliable delivery
- Contribute to proposals and client presentations to support business growth
- Generate innovative insights to support change programs, delivering measurable value and improved operations
Key requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in a consulting firm, industry or government organisation across local, European & US markets
- Experience gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements for IT systems
- Strong academic record with a third-level degree
- Experience in focus industries such as Power & Utilities, Government & Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Media
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-vendor, client-facing environments
- Experience in business development, client relationship management and proposal support
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Requirements gathering, defining and documenting business and solution requirements
- Experience creating User Stories or Use Cases, and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- ERP/CRM implementations (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP)
