Overview

You lead Klipboard’s global HR management agenda, ensuring compliant, consistent people practices across regions. You steer the HR management team and partner with key People functions to deliver high-quality employee lifecycle support and governance. You drive policy, processes, and risk management while embracing AI-enabled efficiency with human oversight. You shape a scalable, compliant HR operating model that aligns with growth and acquisition plans. This role offers strategic impact across a multi-country organization and the opportunity to influence culture and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide global HR leadership and operational delivery across all regions
  • Define global HR standards, workflows, service levels, and escalation routes
  • Monitor HR metrics and act on trends to improve delivery and compliance
  • Collaborate with People, Talent, Reward, and Finance to integrate HR services
  • Manage HR budgets, vendors, and data protection controls
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex or precedent-setting people matters
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR processes and AI-enabled efficiency opportunities
  • Own Group employment compliance framework and ensure jurisdictional compliance
  • Maintain policy framework and employee handbook with governance and version control
  • Oversee employee relations framework, risk management, and escalation handling
  • Lead AI-enabled working and ensure human validation of outputs

Key requirements

  • Recognised HR qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven senior HR management leadership in a multi-country environment
  • Experience owning employment compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ownership of a policy framework or employee handbook with governance and implementation
  • Track record handling complex high-risk employee relations matters
  • Data-informed reporting and ability to communicate risk to leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify legal/regulatory concepts
  • Integrity, confidentiality and sound judgement in sensitive matters
