Security Architect

Overview

As Security & Identity Architect you will lead secure-by-design across enterprise, embedding controls in projects, platforms, and cloud services. You’ll shape IAM strategy, drive Zero Trust adoption, and ensure security requirements from design to deployment. You’ll collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and leadership to strengthen security posture and manage risk. This is a strategic, hands-on role offering meaningful impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security by Design and project assurance frameworks
• Define and maintain security non-functional requirements across new systems
• Review solutions to ensure secure architecture before go-live
• Identify, document, and track security risks and technical debt
• Provide guidance on secure cloud adoption in Azure and AWS
• Drive IAM governance (MFA, RBAC, PAM/PIM, Conditional Access, Zero Trust)
• Support penetration testing, vulnerability management, and remediation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve security
• Contribute to security standards, audits, and compliance
• Support M&A onboarding/offboarding from cyber security and identity perspective

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Security Architecture and Identity & Access Management
• Strong understanding of Security by Design and secure software development lifecycle
• Experience with enterprise IAM technologies and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud security principles across Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code environments
• Strong understanding of cyber security domains (authn, authz, logging, monitoring, vuln management, platform security)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
