Overview

In this role you will lead and optimize commercial processes for the EMEA/AP region within a global team, driving efficient approvals and robust financial/legal analysis. You will deploy tools and dashboards to improve reporting and reduce manual effort, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and contract activities. You will train teams, manage a renewals pipeline, and ensure timely, well-supported proposals that enable strategic decisions. This position offers leadership exposure in a world-class composites company with international scope.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve validation and approval processes across EMEA/AP
  • Enhance reporting capability and reduce manual effort
  • Develop and pilot tools for analysis, tracking, and workflow management of commercial approvals
  • Ensure robust financial and legal analysis with senior leadership approvals where required
  • Train cross-functional teams on tools and processes
  • Maintain pipeline of contract renewals and new business opportunities with Sales/BD
  • Ensure timely launch of proposals for thorough analysis and decisions
  • Prioritize proposals and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead approval processes including meetings, materials, and action tracking
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs on process efficiency, contract performance, and financial outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to regional and global leadership

Key requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience managing complex, long-term bids and proposals in regulated industries
  • Strong process-driven mindset with track record of continuous improvement
  • Experience developing KPIs and Power BI dashboards
  • Commercial contract negotiation experience advantageous but not essential
  • Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication
  • Results-oriented with influencing, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective team player capable of cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially astute, analytically strong, IT-proficient (Power BI) with executive engagement
