Overview
In this role you will lead the Vogue Shopping content and fashion direction, shaping the shopping narrative across Vogue’s digital and storefront platforms. You will define tone and identity for major fashion tentpoles, drive editorial and commerce-driven content, and collaborate with in-house visuals and editorial teams. You’ll spot trends, pitch ideas, and produce compelling shopping-focused pieces that translate into measurable revenue. This is a strategic role at a world‑renowned fashion title, offering the opportunity to accelerate Conde Nast’s commerce growth through high‑impact editorial work.

Responsibilities
- Pitch and compile 3–4 fashion-focused content pieces per week across formats (new, evergreen, storefront, contributor content)
- Brief, manage, and approve freelance market pulls with emphasis on curation, best practices, and partnership deliverables
- Assist in brand partnership execution
- Keep the Vogue storefront updated with product pulls and merchandising across category pages
- Lead and execute original shoots with Vogue visuals team (partnerships, editor-led shoots, etc.) from start to finish
- Curate product and imagery for Vogue Shopping Newsletter or other marketing channels
- Identify new content opportunities aligned with industry trends for articles, franchises, or social/video content
- Regularly report content performance, analyze purchasing data and site analytics, and perform competitive analyses
- Attend retailer/partnership meetings and fashion events to stay current on brands and trends
Key requirements
- 3+ years fashion market or merchandising experience at editorial platform or multi-brand retailer
- Experience styling shoots, product call-ins, and on-set decision making
- Established relationships with fashion brands, PRs, and retailers
- Experience analyzing performance across verticals and content types to optimise revenue
- Experience conceptualising fashion franchises for social and editorial channels
- Strong sense of runway trends and seasonal fashion moments
- Good writing skills
- Comfort with appearing on camera and UGC considered a plus
- Exceptional project management, planning, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Self-starter with ability to accelerate growth of Conde Nast commerce business
