Equity Reward Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you will support the design, tax, and governance of employee equity incentive structures for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within KPMG’s Equity Reward practice to deliver value across private and public clients, including global networks. You will work on development initiatives such as client proposals and thought leadership to showcase technical expertise. The position offers exposure to complex advisory work and a path to shaping rewarding client outcomes in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure new incentive plans to meet client needs
• Review and ensure existing plans remain fit for purpose
• Support ongoing operation of plans, including tax reporting and legal support
• Advise on impact of corporate transactions on incentive plans
• Engage in business development activities: client proposals, presentations, articles and alerts
• Collaborate across disciplines and work streams within the team
• Lead and manage others and maintain proactive risk management within client engagements

Key requirements

• Experience advising on tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements
• Strong understanding of UK tax and legal issues relating to LT and equity-based incentives
• Drafting of legal documentation, employee communications and technical advice
• Project/financial management: planning, budgeting, and meeting deliverables
• Effective time management and ability to act on own initiative
• Leadership capability and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
