Overview
In this role, you support Experienced Hire recruitment across the EMEA region, coordinating multi-step interview processes and ensuring accurate documentation. You work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain high data integrity and timely processes. You will contribute to process improvements and gain exposure to global recruitment practices within a publicly listed professional services environment. The opportunity includes participating in a technology transformation and Workday implementation, shaping how recruitment operates at scale.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-step interview processes with senior calendars and candidate experience in mind
- Prepare interview materials and brief all participants
- Maintain high-integrity recruitment data across platforms
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and support recruitment analytics (pipeline, candidate reporting, market insights)
- Participate in process improvements and ad hoc recruitment projects
- Monitor interview pipelines to identify delays and escalate issues
- Assist onboarding preparation coordinating with HR and operations for seamless offer-to-start transition
Key requirements
- Several years’ experience in recruitment coordination within corporate environments
- Ability to manage complex diaries and coordinate cross-time-zone interviews with accuracy and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate management platform
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent work with initiative and good judgment
