Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials with deep focus on Accounting Center and Prism Analytics
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Accounting Center solutions (accounting rules, journal generation, data integration)
• Architect and oversee Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and reporting
• Drive workshops to translate business and data requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Define data strategy for ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and auditability of financial data
• Provide strategic guidance on data-driven accounting models and reporting transformation
• Own and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams with finance, data, and technical teams
• Manage integration dependencies between source systems, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (Finance and IT)
• Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts
• Oversee testing, validation, and issue resolution for quality deliverables
• Take leadership roles such as Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, or Delivery Assurance Reviewer
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Support business development activities including solution shaping and client proposals

Key requirements

• 8-12+ years of ERP consulting experience with finance transformation and data-led solutions
• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience (Accounting Center and/or Prism Analytics)
• Expertise in Accounting Center design (rules, journal processing, event-driven accounting)
• Prism Analytics knowledge (datasets, pipelines, reporting, data modeling)
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, accounting, financial reporting)
• Experience delivering data transformation and reporting in ERP/SaaS environments
• Experience integrating multiple source systems into financial platforms
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream programs and make tactical delivery decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with senior leaders
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in consulting teams
• Willingness to travel on-site as needed
• Eligible for UK clearance and residency requirements (SC) for UK work
