Commercial Finance Manager UKI – Sauces

Overview

As Commercial Finance Manager for UK Sauces at Kraft Heinz, you own the UK Sauces P&L and drive financial performance. You will partner with Demand Planning and senior stakeholders to shape budget, strategy, and long-term RGM plans. You’ll analyse drivers like volume, price, COGS, and mix, and optimise price-pack architecture. You’ll lead a small team (apprentice/analyst) and influence cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role provides exposure to senior leadership and a clear chance to impact the Sauces business.

Responsibilities

• Own Total UK Sauces P&L and routines, including visibility of financial performance and drivers (Volume, Price, COGS, Mix)
• Define the budget and strategy planning process
• Lead long-term RGM plan and analysis of sub-category performance, pricing power and pack strategy (PPA)
• Collaborate with Demand Planning on demand review
• Manage apprentice/analyst

Key requirements

• 5+ years in FMCG financial or strategy/consulting settings
• 2-3+ years in consulting
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills, proficient in Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
