Technical Project Manager (Onsite with Travel)

Overview

In this role, you will lead technology workstreams for office build-outs, real estate projects, and global workplace initiatives. You act as the primary field contact for tech delivery, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on time, within scope, and aligned with standards. You will drive planning, risk management, testing, handover, and documentation to deliver secure, connected work environments. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across regions and impact on how people work and collaborate. You will operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting with a strong focus on delivery quality and program success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day PM for technology workstreams within office fit-outs and real estate projects
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, integrators, and service providers on site
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables aligned with construction milestones
• Escalate blockers, drive resolution, and provide progress reports to stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee implementation, testing, and handover of technology systems (low voltage, network, AV, security)
• Coordinate network/logistics tasks (ISP circuits, rack-and-stack, patching, cutovers)
• Lead commissioning, validation, and closeout documentation including as-built drawings and training materials
• Ensure compliance with security standards and integration with enterprise platforms
• Represent tech in construction, design, inspection, and vendor coordination meetings
• Ensure quality, commissioning readiness, and punch-list resolution
• Provide ongoing status reporting and executive updates
• Develop stakeholder communications and escalation plans as required

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing technology delivery within corporate real estate, office fit-out, or construction projects
• Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure, networking, AV technologies, and physical security systems
• Experience working with general contractors, architects, engineers, MEP consultants, AV/security integrators
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Experience delivering projects across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for project delivery and validation
