Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property matters (refinancing, leases, site acquisitions, development finance, disposals)
• Provide client-facing advisory and execution on transactions
• Mentor junior colleagues where applicable
• Contribute to a growing team during a period of expansion and growth

Key requirements

• Commercial Property Associate with 5+ years PQE
• Personable, commercially astute, and confident in client-facing roles
• Experience mentoring juniors is a plus; a following is welcomed
