Overview

As a CREDit Program Analyst, you join a leading credit ratings team through a two-year graduate program. You will build capability in credit, data, and tooling while leveraging AI-enabled productivity under governance. Responsibilities

  • Build credit, financial data, and tooling capability; establish standard, reliable outputs
  • Contribute to AI-enabled productivity via reusable prompts, templates, and lightweight automations
  • Support teammates with attention to detail and contribute ideas in collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and adopting new tools
  • Partner with analysts to ensure reliable execution and timely risk escalation
  • Maintain high-quality research and data packs; use automation to improve consistency with human review
  • Utilize approved LLM-powered tools for initial research, followed by validation and evidence capture
  • Support recurring monitoring workflows and data-related projects
  • Collect, clean, reconcile, and validate data; identify inconsistencies and risks
  • Support financial model maintenance
  • Monitor issuer, sector, and market developments; produce concise, sourced summaries
  • Translate data and research into clear narratives for clients and markets
  • Uphold confidentiality, governance, and risk management requirements

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expected by August 2027; advanced degrees or CFA valued
  • Collaborative, dependable team member who manages priorities and communicates clearly

  • Interest in automation with clear quality controls and measurable outcomes
  • Strength in research and data analysis; ability to synthesize into decision-ready outputs
