Overview
In this role you support the firm’s Serious Injury team in Bristol by handling a mix of high-value and complex injury cases. You will manage multi-track matters, assist on catastrophic injuries, and maintain strong client contact while coordinating with medical experts and Counsel. You’ll work within a collaborative culture to progress cases efficiently and contribute to positive outcomes for clients. This is a chance to develop expertise in serious injury litigation within a respected, growth-focused practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of serious injury matters
- Handle higher value personal injury cases with a focus on early intervention and rehabilitation
- Manage intermediate and multi-track claims with autonomy
- Assist senior lawyers on catastrophic injury cases
- Maintain regular client contact including meetings and Court visits
- Liaise with medical experts, Counsel and other professionals
- Progress cases proactively and meet litigation deadlines
- Value quantum and negotiate settlements
- Utilise the firm’s in-house case management system
- Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments
- Support a friendly, sociable and collaborative team culture
Key requirements
- 2-6 years’ experience in Serious Injury / Personal Injury
- Experience handling higher value or complex cases
- Excellent client care skills and a compassionate approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, organised and motivated mindset
- Confidence managing matters independently
- Strong litigation experience and ability to meet Court deadlines
