Overview

In this role you lead WEU go-to-market and brand activation for PUBG Mobile, collaborating across Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnerships and HQ to deliver global campaigns. You manage end-to-end project delivery, localisation of consumer content, and serve as a key liaison for the Germany/UK markets. You drive data-informed marketing plans across paid media, creatives, live-ops and events, shaping growth for a leading mobile title. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused position in a fast-paced, multinational gaming company.

Responsibilities

  • Create WEU go-to-market plans for PUBG Mobile across paid media, creatives, live-ops and budgets
  • Manage brand activation projects from conception to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones and post-mortem analyses to ensure on-time delivery
  • Handle consumer-facing content with localisation and quality optimisation (copy, visuals, trends)
  • Act as the WEU point of contact for Germany/UK, representing the team to key entities and partners

Key requirements

  • 7+ years in brand marketing, marketing operations or campaign implementation, with global gaming experience
  • Proven ability to develop and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, influencers, events and content creation
  • Strong communication, presentation, organisational and writing skills with stakeholder influence in multicultural settings
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset with comfort in publishing/marketing technicalities
  • Experience creating gaming content and executing data-driven demand strategies across digital channels
  • Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics for campaign optimization
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Experience launching in Western Europe or North America with knowledge of local gaming environments
  • Fluent English; German and/or Mandarin skills are a plus
