Overview

Sie betreuen den Kauf und Verkauf von Immobilien (freehold/leasehold), neue Bauprojekte und Finanzierungstrukturen, während Sie eng mit Mandanten und Kreditgebern zusammenarbeiten. Sie unterstützen bei Transaktionen von Beginn bis Abschluss und treiben proaktiv Geschäftsentwicklung und Mandantenbetreuung voran. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, sich in einem panel-listeten Umfeld zu etablieren und signifikanten Einfluss auf Transaktionen und Kundenzufriedenheit zu nehmen.

Responsibilities

• Draft contracts, deeds, reports, and correspondence
• Manage searches, Land Registry tasks, and post-completion procedures
• Advise on mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and property finance structures
• Support new development transactions and advise clients throughout the process

Key requirements

• 2-7 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
