Head of Group Reporting

Overview

In this senior finance role, you will lead the group finance function under the Group Finance Director, driving high-quality IFRS reporting and financial governance. You will manage a team and oversee statutory reporting, audits, and cashflow forecasting to support liquidity and capital decisions. You will be the group’s technical accounting authority, shaping policy and ensuring compliance across entities. This broad role offers exposure to cross‑functional projects within a well‑established, listed business where your impact spans reporting, governance, and strategic finance.

Responsibilities

• Produce the Group IFRS annual and half-year financial statements and annual report
• Lead the year-end and half-year external audit/review processes
• Oversee subsidiary statutory accounts for UK and international entities
• Own the Group cashflow forecasting process and provide liquidity, capital allocation, and capital structure insights
• Act as the Group’s primary technical accounting authority

Key requirements

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
