In Bristol, you will join a well-established dispute-resolution team within a modern UK law firm. You will handle a mix of commercial and residential property disputes and advise landlords, tenants, and investors. You’ll manage covenants, dilapidations, and possession matters while developing your own caseload and collaborating with other specialists. Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial and residential property disputes
- Act for landlords, tenants, managers, and investors
- Manage breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedings
- Develop and handle your own caseload while supporting complex disputes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver joined-up advice
- Explore and apply ADR to achieve efficient outcomes
- Draft, negotiate, and manage case work with deadlines
- Contribute to a high-quality, varied matter pipeline across sectors
Key requirements
- Around 3 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
- Experience across commercial and/or residential property disputes
- Strong technical grounding and solution-focused mindset
- Confident drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and a varied caseload
